Impact type sand making and shaping machine

Impact sand making machines are widely used in the construction of expressways, high-speed railways, high-rise buildings, municipal works, hydropower DAMS, concrete mixing plants, etc., as equipment for providing sand and gravel aggregates, artificial sand making and stone shaping.

Working principle

The material enters the impact sand making machine from the feeding hopper and is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor and is rapidly accelerated inside the impeller. Then, it is ejected from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 meters per second. Firstly, a part of the material that falls down from the periphery of the distributor is impacted and crushed. Then, they all impact the material lining in the vortex support cavity, are bounced back by the material lining, and impact upward at an Angle to the top of the vortex cavity, then change their movement direction and deflect downward. The material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. Such a piece of material is subjected to two or more probabilities of impact, friction and grinding crushing in the vortex crushing chamber. The crushed materials are discharged from the lower discharge port. During the entire crushing process, the materials are crushed by mutual impact and do not come into direct contact with the metal components. Instead, they are crushed by impact and friction with the material lining, thus prolonging the mechanical wear time. The ingenious self-circulation of the airflow inside the vortex chamber also reduces the dust.
