Multi-cylinder cone crusher
Model: HPY New Type Hydraulic Cone Crusher
Minimum order: 300
Wheelbase: 2000mm
Weight: 200kg
Function: Provide good crushing capacity
The HPY new type hydraulic cone crusher adopts a design of "eccentric shaft sleeve rotating around a fixed axis", which enhances the strength of the main shaft. It not only improves production capacity and crushing efficiency, but also expands the application range. From limestone to basalt, from stone production to various ore crushing, it can provide excellent crushing performance in various coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing operations. It is an ideal equipment suitable for processing hard ores and achieving "more crushing and less grinding". The HPY multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher can crush materials such as river pebbles, cobblestones, iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, diabase, steel slag, etc.
Working principle of HPY New type hydraulic cone crusher
When the HPY hydraulic cone crusher is in operation, the rotation of the motor drives the pulley and coupling, the transmission shaft and the cone part to perform periodic swinging motion of the eccentric shaft under the axis center line. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the material opening, it is crushed due to the mutual impact, squeezing, grinding and rubbing between the eccentric shaft and the mortar wall. The hydraulic safety system can remove the faulty objects from the support sleeve and the fixed cone part through hydraulic pressure when the machine experiences overloading faults or stalling. It not only plays a good safety role but also greatly reduces the maintenance rate and improves production efficiency.
Components of the HPY multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher
The main components of the HPY new type hydraulic cone crusher include the base assembly, eccentric sleeve assembly, transmission shaft assembly, motor assembly, moving cone assembly, fixed cone assembly, etc. The auxiliary parts consist of the electrical system, lubrication system, hydraulic system, etc.
Advantages of HPY New type hydraulic cone crusher
The hydraulic cone crusher is compactly designed with a small external volume, large crushing force and convenient adjustment of the discharge port.
2. Large eccentricity, high crushing frequency, optimized internal structure, and full bin feeding are available.
3. The crushing chamber designed based on the principle of intergranular lamination makes the material grade more uniform and the product shape more neat (cubic). Due to the protection of the material layer, the wear is reduced.
4. The hydraulic motor drives the fixed cone to adjust the ore discharge opening, allowing for precise adjustment of the ore discharge opening. Moreover, the hydraulic motor can fully rotate the fixed cone out of the adjustment ring thread, significantly reducing the workload of replacing the liner plate.
5. It features iron release and hydraulic cavity cleaning functions, enabling iron blocks to pass through the crushing cavity. This makes the equipment operation safer and operation and maintenance more convenient.
6. The intelligent control system "visible ore discharge outlet" enables one-click operation and supports Internet of Things (iot) technical services.
