The energy-saving grate type (overflow type) ball mill is a key equipment for further grinding of materials after they have been crushed. It is suitable for black and non-ferrous metals, non-metals, and is also used in industries such as cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemicals, glass and ceramics, for dry grinding or wet grinding of materials.
Product advantages
The MQ ball mill is developed by Zhonghou Company based on the traditional ball mill. After structural optimization, it adopts high-end rolling bearing support instead of the traditional Babbitt alloy bearing shaft support. It has low operating resistance, saves 10-20% of energy, and increases production capacity by more than 20%. Lubrication adopts dry oil lubrication instead of the original thin oil lubrication, saving over 70% of fuel consumption annually. Large grinding mills do not need to be equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations, reducing equipment investment costs.
